  • David Anderson, Managing Director

    David began his career in hospitality as a chef before transitioning into management roles within the contract catering sector, rising to become Joint Managing Director of a well-known national caterer. He is fanatical about great food and is at his happiest when surrounded by family and friends whilst enjoying a good meal. When not working, he can usually be found either on a mountain somewhere hiking & wild camping, or exploring new restaurants.

  • Dominic Hall, Culinary Director

    Dominic is a seasoned chef with over twenty years of experience across fine dining restaurants, gastro pubs, contract catering, and outside catering. His passion lies in using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to create visually stunning and delicious dishes. Dominic creates bespoke menu propositions for our clients as well as leading our chef training programmes and marketing events. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing squash, and watching rugby.

  • Christine Bailey MSc Dip IOPN MIFM MBANT, Nutrition & Wellbeing Consultant

    Christine is an award-winning Registered Performance Nutritionist, Chef, and Author with over 25 years of experience in nutrition, health, fitness, and corporate wellbeing. A two-time Catey award winner, her work combines clinical expertise with a passion for creating delicious, evidence-based menus that support long-term health and wellbeing. Outside of work, Christine is an avid gym-goer and actively supports local initiatives through her church community.

  • Katherine Duff, Head of People

    Katherine is a highly experienced HR professional and came on board to support Fuelling Mind’s people-centric ethos. She believes that HR is a fundamental part of any business and enjoys supporting our teams to achieve their ambitions. Katherine gets to know our teams and creates bespoke development pathways for those keen to develop their careers.

  • Sai Yau, Head of Finance

    Sai heads up all things finance at Fuelling Minds. With extensive experience in financial management across the manufacturing and catering industries, he brings a passion for numbers and strategic planning to every project. Outside of work, you’ll often him perfecting his swing on the golf course or exploring the culinary world through new recipes and restaurants.

  • Kirk Matthews, Head of Procurement

    Kirk has over 10 years of experience in foodservice procurement, working with a trusted network of accredited local and national suppliers across the UK. He is passionate about delivering value to clients by focussing on supply chain efficiency, ethical sourcing, and reducing environmental impact. Outside of work, Kirk enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with his family, and walking his two dogs, Max and Ivy.
